随着社会经济的不断发展,我国饭店行业也随之快速发展,并且其管理模式日益成熟,高星级饭店也越来越被人们所熟知与接受,因此,高星级饭店之间的竞争也越来越激烈,大部分高星级饭店的管理者都意识到了饭店之间的竞争说到底就是饭店人才之间的竞争。为了提高高星级饭店的竞争力,提高高星级饭店的建设,首先应该做的就是提高高星级饭店对员工的入职培训,突出高星级饭店的培训效果。通过培训来提高高星级饭店员工的综合素质,增加企业的内部凝聚力,这对高星级饭店的竞争力提升具有重要作用。本文从高级型饭店员工培训的重要性入手,全面分析了高星级饭店培训效果的现状,针对性的提出解决相关对策提高高星级饭店的培训效果,帮助我国高星级饭店不断发展与进步。
