报导了氯铝酞菁(AlClPc)在一定温度下直接磺化过程,反应时间对反应产物的影响.对磺化产物进行了元素分析、UV/VIS、IR光谱表征,并利用逆相高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行分析和分离.分离得到的四磺基氯铝酞菁(AlClPcTS)作为光敏剂对荷瘤鼠(S180)进行光动力治疗(PDT)试验,结果表明抑瘤率可达84.84%.
The direct sulfonation of chloroaluminum phthalocyanine (AlClPc) at a certain temperature was reported, and the effect of reaction time on the reaction product was reported. The sulfonated products were characterized by elemental analysis, UV / VIS, IR spectroscopy and reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for analysis and separation. The photodynamic therapy (PDT) test of the isolated tumor-bearing mice (S180) with the tetrasulfonyl chloroaluminum phthalocyanine (AlClPcTS) as the photosensitizer showed that the tumor inhibition rate was 84.84%.
