Objective: To study the antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of pediatric anesthetics. Methods: Analgesia, anti-inflammatory and anti-inflammatory solutions of paracetamol nasal drops in children were induced by glacial acetic acid induced writhing and glacial acetic acid induced peritoneal capillary permeability and endotoxin-induced fever in rabbits Thermal effect. Results: Pediatric acetaminophen nasal drops can dose-dependently relieve the pain reaction induced by acetic acid in mice and inhibit the increase of capillary permeability induced by acetic acid and significantly reduce the body temperature of rabbits induced by endotoxin. Conclusion: Pediatric paracetamol nasal drops have good antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects.
