志愿者41例,男性,有胸痛,曾作冠状动脉造影。其中18例年龄37—59岁,冠状动脉正常,作为对照组;其余23例年龄35—60岁,冠状动脉主要分支至少有一支狭窄≥70%,6例有陈旧性心肌梗塞,所有病例运动试验均阳性。经踏车功量计立式运动试验,研究运动导致心肌缺血时心率与QT间期的关系。结果两组的心率与QT间期均呈明显的负线性相关:对照组QT(毫秒)=451-1.36×心率,r=-0.78;冠心病组QT(毫秒)=396-0.73×心率,r=
