自蔓延高温合成工艺(SHS)是制备高技术材料的先进方法,在经济上极具优势。同时对某些材料而言,这种工艺又是最可行的制造方法。简述了自蔓延合成的原理和特点,分析了Si_3N_4、AlN和SiC的SHS工艺生产成本及其影响因素,并与传统的合成法进行了比较。
SHS is an advanced method of preparing high-tech materials and is economically advantageous. At the same time for some materials, this process is the most viable manufacturing method. The principle and characteristics of self - propagating synthesis are briefly introduced. The production cost and influential factors of SHS process of Si_3N_4, AlN and SiC are analyzed and compared with the traditional synthesis method.
