在传统的教学理念中,应试教育的观念根深蒂固,以学习成绩来评定学生学习的好坏,这就导致教师注重优等生的培养,帮助中等生的提高,忽视学困生。随着素质教育的不断推进,应试教育的观念逐渐淡出教育平台,现代教育更加注重学生的德智体美劳全方位地培养,自然学困生的问题也应该得到重视。本文以初中物理教学中学困生的形成原因作为切入点,分析和研究初中物理教学中学困生差异类型并提出初中物理教学中学困生地转化方式和方法。
In the traditional teaching concept, the concept of exam-oriented education is deeply ingrained, and students’ learning is judged by their academic performance. This leads teachers to pay attention to the cultivation of excellent students, help the improvement of middle school students, and neglect students with learning difficulties.
