踢腿与悠腿是古典舞腿功训练最主要的手段,准确区分二者在腿功训练中的功能,有助于提高腿功训练的效率与科学性。此次研究利用肌电测试仪与数码摄像同步技术,就踢前腿与悠前腿进行了实验,并将实验数据进行处理分析,结合中国古典舞腿功训练的特点从腿的柔韧能力、力量能力、速度能力、动作技能迁移四个方面对这两个动作进行了对比分析,并以此将腿功训练划分为相应的四个阶段,以便于我们在腿功训练中根据各阶段的训练目的来安排训练内容。
