领先企业相比其他企业拥有明显的优势:一方面是设备规模大、效率高,拥有质量及成本优势。另一方面领先企业普遍向上游切片业务延伸,保证了原料的供给与质量的稳定。因此,行业领先企业应与其他领先供应商共同推动区域协会概念的建立,改变原先价格恶性竞争的状态,形成更为有序的市场供给秩序。同时还应根据各区域市场的竞争态势、需求趋势以及自身在其中的不同地位,采取不同的供给及定价策略。
Leading companies have significant advantages over other companies: on the one hand, they are large-scale, high-efficiency, quality and cost advantages. On the other hand, leading enterprises generally extend to the upstream slice business to ensure the supply and quality of raw materials are stable. Therefore, the leading enterprises in the industry should work with other leading suppliers to promote the establishment of the concept of regional associations, change the state of the vicious competition of prices and form a more orderly market supply order. At the same time, different supply and pricing strategies should be adopted according to the competitive situation in each regional market, the trend of demand and their different positions in the market.
