目的:调查人和动物莱姆病感染情况。方法:间接免疫荧光抗体法、酶联免疫吸附试验和病原分离。结果:血清学检测155人林区居民,抗莱姆病螺旋体IgG抗体阳性10人,自然感染率65%;其中经临床和血清学确诊莱姆病患者6例,患病率39%。另检测110只山羊和62头黄牛,抗莱姆病螺旋体IgG抗体阳性率分别为191%、129%。蜱的病原分离为阴性。结论:上高县林区可能是莱姆病疫区
Purpose: To investigate human and animal Lyme disease infections. Methods: Indirect immunofluorescence antibody, enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay and pathogen isolation. Results: Serological detection of 155 residents of forest area, anti-Lyme disease spirochete IgG antibody positive 10 people, the natural infection rate of 6.5%; of which clinically and serologically confirmed Lyme disease in 6 patients, the prevalence of 39 %. Another 110 goats and 62 cattle were tested. The positive rates of anti-Lyme disease spirochetes IgG were 191% and 129%, respectively. Ticks were negative for pathogen isolation. Conclusion: Shanggao County forest area may be Lyme disease-endemic area
