利用光学显微镜,对4个芋品种在水旱生态环境下的叶片解剖结构进行观察和比较,结果显示,芋叶片既具有旱生植物结构特点,又具有水生植物的解剖结构特点,说明芋在旱生环境和水生环境中都具有较好的适应性。芋叶片解剖结构与其水旱生态适应性有一定的相关性。气腔大小和栅栏组织中的薄壁细胞排列紧密度可分别作为芋在细胞水平上评价其水旱生态适应性的重要指标。不同水旱生态环境对芋叶片的解剖结构无明显影响。
The observation and comparison of the leaf anatomical structures of four taro cultivars under water and drought environment using light microscope showed that both the leaf structure and the anatomical structure of the aquatic plants had both the structural characteristics and the anatomical structure of the aquatic plants. Health and aquatic environment has better adaptability. Leaf anatomical structure and its ecological adaptability to water and drought have some relevance. The size of the air cavity and the density of parenchyma cells in the palisade tissue can be respectively used as important indicators of ecological adaptability of water and drought at the cellular level. Different water and drought ecological environment on the leaf anatomical structure of the leaves had no significant effect.
