目的 研究大肠癌血路播散在监测大肠癌患者术后复发转移中的意义。方法 使用靶向CK2 0的RT PCR技术 ,对 5 8例大肠癌患者外周血和骨髓微转移癌细胞在术前和术后不同时间进行了动态检测。结果 术后肿瘤无复发转移的大肠癌患者CK2 0的阳性率 (16 3% )显著低于复发转移者 (88 9% )。血路播散有四种情况 :①术后CK2 0检测曾有一度转阴 ;②CK2 0检测持续阳性 ;③CK2 0在术后才转阳 ;④CK2 0术后一直阴性。死亡的 6例患者术前CK2 0检测均为阳性。结论 大肠癌血路播散在术后复发转移中起重要作用 ,动态追踪检测大肠癌CK2 0的变化有助于预测肿瘤的复发转移、术前存在血路播散者预后差
Objective To study the significance of colorectal cancer blood flow monitoring in monitoring the recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods Using RT PCR technique targeting CK20, the peripheral blood and bone marrow micrometastasis cancer cells in 58 patients with colorectal cancer were dynamically detected before and after surgery. Results The positive rate of CK20 in patients with recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer (16 3%) was significantly lower than that of recurrence and metastasis (88 9%). There are four cases of dissemination of blood: 1 CK2 detection was negative once after operation; 2CK2 0 detection was positive; 3CK2 0 was positive after surgery; 4CK2 0 was negative after surgery. The 6 patients who died were all positive for CK20 before surgery. Conclusions The dissemination of colorectal cancer plays an important role in the recurrence and metastasis of colorectal cancer. The dynamic tracking of colorectal cancer CK20 can help predict the recurrence and metastasis of the colorectal cancer.
