对来自Ambamate的复杂硫化矿在摇瓶中以及在柱中进行丁细菌浸出试验。铜和锌的溶解符合收缩核产物扩散模型。为了确定铜和锌的溶解级数,也进行了试验,发现在培养基浓度方面,两种情况都是一级反应。计算了铜和锌的K_p值。在柱浸出研究中,铜的浸出曲线在形成Cu1.95S后就突然下降。从柱中取出的浸出渣的分析结果表明,柱的顶部浸出较好,而浸出率则从顶部到底部逐渐降低。
The complex sulfide ore from Ambamate was tested for bacterial leachate in shake flasks and in columns. The dissolution of copper and zinc conforms to the shrinkage nuclear product diffusion model. In order to determine the dissolution stages of copper and zinc, experiments were also conducted and found that in the case of medium concentrations, both cases are first order reactions. K_p values of copper and zinc were calculated. In column leaching studies, the copper leaching curve suddenly drops after Cu1.95S formation. Analysis of the leached residue taken from the column showed that the top of the column leached better while the leaching rate decreased gradually from the top to the bottom.
