目的了解西安市医疗单位介入放射工作人员X射线受照剂量情况,为保护介入放射工作人员的身体健康,规范管理介入放射工作,制定相应的防护管理措施提供依据。方法采用热释光探测器测定工作状态下介入放射工作人员五个身体部位的辐射水平。结果介入放射工作人员前列腺受照剂量最低,下肢受照剂量最多,介入工作人员穿防护设备可明显降低受照剂量。结论介入放射工作人员在本次研究中使用的防护措施能够有效降低其受照剂量,但膝关节是五个部位中最易被忽视、受照剂量最高的部位。
Objective To understand the X-ray dose of interventional radiological staff in Xi’an medical units and to provide basis for protecting the health of interventional radiologists, standardizing management interventional radiological work, and formulating corresponding protective measures. Methods The luminescence level of five body parts intervened by radiation workers under the working condition was measured by using the thermoluminescence detector. Results Interventional radiation workers prostate dose the lowest exposure to most doses of lower extremities involved in staff wearing protective equipment can significantly reduce the dose. Conclusion The protective measures used by interventional radiologists in this study can effectively reduce their doses, but the knee joint is the most easily overlooked and subject to the highest doses among the five sites.
