哲学与宗教的同源性,显示为如何从柏拉图哲学的神秘性过渡到基督教思想的神秘性。可以使宗教思考,即使得宗教中饱含着没有被想到的理性因素。在这种“宗教”思考中,由于缺少上帝目光与人的目光之间的交互性,因此上帝和人的灵魂不是被思考的或可以实现的对象,而是绝对的他者。只有做“非对象思考”时,灵魂才是高贵的。德里达所理解的责任,正是对这些“他者”的责任。没有神秘性,也就没有责任。“灵魂不灭”不可说,它属于这些无解的、具有神秘色彩的疑难问题,它不是被证明或证伪的,而是被体验的。灵魂的触角永远是独特而不可替代的。
