为深化事业单位人事制度改革,实现事业单位人事管理的科学化、规范化、制度化,建立健全事业单位管理制度,制定岗位设置办法。本文主要通过探讨边疆基层医院在开展岗位设置工作的过程中存在的问题,提出了一系列有效的,切实可行的方法,希望在以后的工作开展可以科学合理的进行。
In order to deepen the reform of the personnel system in public institutions and to realize the scientific, standardized and institutionalized personnel management in public institutions, establish and improve the management system of public institutions and formulate the methods for setting up posts. This paper mainly discusses the problems existing in the process of setting up the posts in grassroots hospitals in frontier areas and puts forward a series of effective and practical methods which hopefully can be carried out in a scientific and reasonable manner in future work.
