新零售时代的到来,企业对市场营销人才需求发生了颠覆性的变化,适应市场需求,中职市场营销在其专业培养方向和培养模式、培养路径上也应及时作出反应和调整。市场营销专业应由单一的传统推销转向线上线下、综合、立体、多维度的营销方向转型,从单一的推销人员培养转向具有数据分析、运营思维的营销人员培养方向转变,探索“专业+互联网+企业”的现代学徒制人才培养模式,校企合作,孵化项目,服务社会。
The new retail era, the business needs of marketing personnel has undergone subversive changes to adapt to market demand, vocational education in its professional training direction and training mode, the path of cultivation should also be timely response and adjustment. Marketing professionals should shift from a single traditional marketing to online, offline, integrated, three-dimensional and multi-dimensional marketing. The shift from a single salesperson to a marketer with data analysis and operations thinking should focus on “professional + Internet + Enterprise ”modern apprenticeship personnel training mode, school-enterprise cooperation, incubation projects, to serve the community.
