补阳还五汤出自《医林改错》，由黄芪、当归、赤芍、川芎、红花、桃仁和地龙组成，用以治疗气虚血瘀为主的病证，临床上多用于中风、偏瘫、脑血管疾病及颅脑外伤等。笔者临床30载，经缜密观察发现，众医一见此类病人首选此方。特别是住院病人，用之得当，获效桴鼓。但若稍有偏?
Buyang Huanwu Decoction is made from “Medical Forest Correction” and is composed of Radix Astragali, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, Safflower, Peach Kernel and Earthworm.
