目的探讨子痫前期孕产妇血清脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)和神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)水平联合预测新生儿预后的价值。方法选取2014年6月-2016年3月该院收治的子痫前期孕产妇60例,检测其剖宫产前的血清BDNF和NSE水平,并统计其新生儿预后。分析子痫前期孕产妇血清BDNF和NSE水平与新生儿预后的关系及在预测新生儿预后中的价值。结果 60例子痫前期孕产妇新生儿预后不良发生率为36.67%(22/60),与新生儿预后良好者比较,新生儿预后不良者剖宫产前的血清BDNF水平降低,同期血清NSE水平则升高(P<0.05)。Logistic多元回归分析结果显示,子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平与新生儿预后均密切相关。结论子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平联合预测新生儿预后的价值良好,联合检测子痫前期孕产妇剖宫产前血清BDNF和NSE水平可能作为其新生儿预后评估的参考指标。
Objective To investigate the value of serum brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and neuron-specific enolase (NSE) levels in predicting the prognosis of newborn infants with preeclampsia. Methods Sixty pregnant women with preeclampsia who were admitted to our hospital from June 2014 to March 2016 were enrolled in this study. Serum levels of BDNF and NSE before cesarean section were measured and the prognosis of newborns was estimated. To analyze the relationship between serum levels of BDNF and NSE and the prognosis of newborn in pregnant women with preeclampsia and its value in predicting the prognosis of newborn. Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy in 60 pregnant women with preeclampsia was 36.67% (22/60). Compared with the good prognosis of newborns, the serum BDNF level of cesarean section in neonates with poor prognosis was decreased. The serum NSE level in the same period Increased (P <0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the serum levels of BDNF and NSE in pre-cesarean section of preeclampsia were closely related to the prognosis of neonates. Conclusions The value of cochlear prenatal serum prenatal serum BDNF and NSE in predicting the prognosis of preterm preeclampsia is good. Combined detection of cesarean section preterm serum BDNF and NSE levels in preeclampsia may be used as a reference index for evaluating the prognosis of neonates .
