为探讨杂草狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)入侵结缕草等暖季型草坪的原因,利用生物测定法研究不同浓度杂草狗牙根水浸提液对地毯草、细叶结缕草等两种禾本科草坪草种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用。结果表明,杂草狗牙根水浸提液对地毯草种子发芽率、发芽势和幼苗苗高具有低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的双重效应,且抑制作用明显强于促进作用;而对细叶结缕草发芽率、发芽势和幼苗苗高均表现成抑制作用;对幼苗根长具有显著的抑制作用,且抑制作用随着狗牙根水浸提液浓度的增加而增强;对种子发芽指数的影响则因草坪草种类的不同而不同;对种子活力指数的影响也呈现低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的双重效应。结果表明,杂草狗牙根水浸提液具有化感作用,影响两种草坪草的正常生长,是入侵结缕草等暖季型草坪的原因之一。
In order to investigate the reason why Cynodon dactylon invaded the warm-season turfgrasses, such as Zoysia japonica, we studied the effects of different concentrations of Cynodon dactylon water extracts on the growth of two grass species, Allelopathy of undergraduate turf grass seed germination and seedling growth. The results showed that the weed bermudagrass aqueous extracts had double effect on the germination rate, germination energy and seedling height of Carpetgrass seedlings under the condition of low concentration and high concentration inhibition, and the inhibitory effect was stronger than that of promoting effect; Germination rate, germination potential and seedling height of spurgera all showed inhibiting effect on seedling root length, and the inhibiting effect increased with the increase of bermudagrass water extract concentration on seed germination index The difference is due to the species of turfgrass; the effect on seed vigor index also shows double effect of low concentration promotion and high concentration inhibition. The results showed that the weed bermudagrass water extract had the allelopathic effect, which affected the normal growth of two turf grasses and was one of the reasons for the invasion of warm season lawn such as zoysiagrass.
