本文对大环件内齿圈在生产中遇到的几个主要的工艺问题进行了分析,并提出了解决办法。这些问题包括:高频热处理时的淬火机床,高频淬火时的冷却介质的选择;高频淬火时的变形和开裂的分析,以及防止和纠正的措施,其中提出的椭圆冷校夹具,工作可靠,操作方便省力,是对付大环件椭圆校正的有力措施;对环件插内齿时产生的导致零件加工质量不良、甚至报废的波纹进行了分析,并作了金相、硬度和扫描电镜方面的检查,确定波纹的产生原因既不是偏析存在硬质点,也不是热处理硬度不均引起的,而是由于设备、装夹的振动所致。
