针对螺旋立铣刀无偏心或下偏心正交车铣轴类零件,研究了立铣刀圆周刃切除工件的切屑几何形状和切入切出角,沿铣刀轴向划分若干个微元体,对每个微元体建立瞬时切削力计算公式,并求积分得到瞬时正交车铣切削力预测模型,仿真分析正交车铣切削力.在车铣复合加工中心进行无偏心正交车铣切削力实验,将仿真结果和实验结果进行对比,验证了切削力预测模型的正确性.
Aiming at the problems that the milling cutter of the milling cutter with eccentricity or eccentricity is not eccentric, the chip geometry and the cut-in and cut-out angle of the cutting workpiece are studied. Several micro-bodies are divided along the cutter axial direction, The calculation formula of instantaneous cutting force is established for each micro-body, and the instantaneous orthogonal milling cutter force prediction model is obtained by integration, and the cutting force of orthogonal milling and milling is simulated and analyzed. Experiments, the simulation results and experimental results were compared to verify the correctness of the cutting force prediction model.
