文献[1]“降低气体激光管着火电压的初步理论分析”,对近年来出现的低着火电压He-Ne激光管的着火电压降低的机理,提出了一种理论解释.我们对[1]的理论分析有一些不同看法,在此提出来与[1]文作者共同讨论.在[1]文的理论分析中,有三个基本观点起着支柱作用,是[1]文解释旧型管的着火电压高和新型管的着火电压降低的基本依据和理论出发点.本文讨论其中的两个基本观点.(一)、“旧型管的毛细管是被负电位包围着,毛细管内壁表面即为正离子所占据”;新型管“因毛细管是处于正电位中,毛细管内壁被电子占据”.而且电荷是均匀分布的.毛细管内
