本文测定了蛇酒的氨基酸组成和常、微量元素的含量,并对其营养价值进行了初步评价。实验结果表明,蛇酒营养成分丰富,具有较高的食用价值和保健作用。
In this paper, the determination of the amino acid composition of snake wine and the content of trace elements, and its nutritional value were initially evaluated. The experimental results show that the snake wine is rich in nutrients and has high food value and health benefits.
