采用LRC电桥、谐振法和干涉法分别测量了磷酸二氢钾(KDP)晶体的相对介电常数、弹性应变常数和压电应变常数,并与文献中的相应数值作比较。该文实验测到KDP晶体的弹性柔顺系数s11=3.11×10-11 m2/N,弹性劲度系数c11=4.6×1010 N/m2,与以往相关文献中报道不符;压电应变常数d14=9.51×10-12 C/N,纠正了以往相关文献中的不精确报道;其他电弹系数的测试结果与文献数值相符。
The relative dielectric constants, elastic strain constants and piezoelectric strain constants of potassium dihydrogen phosphate (KDP) crystals were measured respectively by LRC bridge, resonance method and interference method and compared with the corresponding values in the literature. In this paper, the elastic compliance coefficient of the KDP crystal, s11 = 3.11 × 10-11 m2 / N, and the elastic stiffness coefficient c11 = 4.6 × 1010 N / m2 have been measured experimentally, which are inconsistent with those reported in previous literature. The piezoelectric strain constant d14 is 9.51 × 10-12 C / N, which corrected the inaccurate reports in the related literatures in the past. The test results of other electroelastic coefficients were consistent with the literatures.
