采用水提醇沉法提取江蓠粗多糖,用苯酚-硫酸法测定江蓠中总多糖的含量,测得江蓠中总多糖含量为42.5%。分别采用Sevage法、冻融-Sevage联合法、TCA法3种方法进行除蛋白。Sevage法操作复杂,需进行多次操作,且多糖损失大;冻融-Sevage联合法蛋白清除率高,但多糖损失较大;TCA法操作简便,蛋白清除率高,多糖损失相对较小,为江蓠多糖除蛋白的最佳方法。
The crude polysaccharide was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation, and the content of total polysaccharides was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid method.
