管理思想经历了科学管理阶段,行为科学理论,管理理论丛林,知识经济时代的知识管理理论的演变过程。相对应的人力资源开发也在管理思想的影响下,不断完善并日趋成熟,本文将在相关理论分析的基础上,发掘人力资源开发与管理思想演变之间的实践与真理的密切关系。并以知识经济时代为前提,提出顺应时代发展的人力资源开发计划。
The management thought has experienced the evolution of the theory of knowledge management in the scientific management stage, behavioral science theory, management theory jungle and knowledge economy era. Under the influence of management thought, the corresponding human resource development is constantly improving and maturing. Based on the relevant theoretical analysis, this article explores the close relationship between practice and truth in the evolution of human resource development and management thinking. And based on the era of knowledge-based economy, proposed human resources development plan that conforms to the development of the times.
