亚铁氰化钾与三价铁盐在有水分存在时才能生成普鲁士蓝。据此,研究了谷粒水分比色法的试剂配方和色阶制作方法;提出了十分简易的速测手续;试制了几十套速测器;一个人在十几分钟内可测定6—8个样品,在适范围(谷粒水分11—17%)内可分辨约0.5%的谷粒水分。
Potassium ferrocyanide and ferric salts generate Prussian blue in the presence of moisture. Based on this, the reagent formula and the color scale production method of the grain moisture colorimetric method were researched. A very simple and quick test procedure was put forward. Dozens of speed detectors were trial-produced. One person could measure 6-8 in ten minutes A sample, within the appropriate range (grain moisture 11-17%) can be resolved within about 0.5% of the grain moisture.
