采用CT扫描及CAD技术,探讨了建立无牙下颌骨及其修复体三维有限元模型的方法。结果表明:这种方法精度高、图像直观,能精确地、简便地区别皮质骨及松质骨的结构,同时,对实验模型无损害,省时省力。在Super-SAP有限元分析软件的支持下,分析了正中咬合状态下咀嚼肌力对下颌全口义齿支持组织的应力分布的影响,并在相当程度上实现了科学计算的可视化。为口腔修复中的全口义齿及种植义齿设计提供了生物力学基础,有助于义齿的优化设计。
Using CT scanning and CAD technology, the establishment of three-dimensional finite element model of edentulous mandible and its restoration is discussed. The results show that this method has the advantages of high precision and intuitionistic image, which can distinguish the structure of cortical bone and cancellous bone accurately and easily. At the same time, this method has no damage to the experimental model and saves time and labor. Supported by the Super-SAP finite element analysis software, the effect of masticatory muscle force on the stress distribution of the mandibular complete denture in the median occlusal condition was analyzed, and the scientific calculation was visualized to a great extent. It provides a biomechanical basis for the design of complete dentures and implant dentures in dental restorations and contributes to the optimal design of dentures.
