On September 28, 2001, Fujian Automobile Industry Group Corporation signed a “Share Transfer Agreement” with Xiamen Municipal Bureau of Finance and Xiamen State-owned Assets Investment Company. Xiamen paid RMB 3 per share and the total price was RMB 77.27 million. Auto Industry Group Corporation transferred 17% of its shares. The Xiamen Finance Bureau authorized Jiangsu Carbon to be a full shareholder representative for 17% of the equity.
