目的 了解脑红蛋白 (NGB)mRNA在大鼠脑内的定位。 方法 用地高辛标记的cRNA探针原位杂交组织化学技术观察了NGBmRNA在成年大鼠脑中的正常分布。 结果 NGBmRNA在成年大鼠脑中有非常广泛的表达 ,其分布区域包括大脑皮质、海马、丘脑、下丘脑、嗅球及小脑等。NGBmRNA阳性物质定位于神经元的细胞质。 结论 NGBmRNA在大鼠脑中有非常广泛的表达 ,提示NGB基因在中枢神经系统的功能活动中可能起重要作用
Objective To understand the localization of neuroglobin (NGB) mRNA in rat brain. Methods The normal distribution of NGB mRNA in adult rat brain was observed by digoxigenin-labeled cRNA probe in situ hybridization histochemistry. Results NGB mRNA was widely expressed in adult rat brain. The distribution of NGB mRNA included cerebral cortex, hippocampus, thalamus, hypothalamus, olfactory bulb and cerebellum. NGB mRNA positives localized to the cytoplasm of neurons. Conclusion NGB mRNA is widely expressed in rat brain, suggesting that NGB gene may play an important role in the functional activity of the central nervous system
