以7个结球甘蓝自交系以及由它们杂交组成(配合力测定采用半轮配法)的21个杂交种为试验材料,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳技术进行过氧化物酶(POD)和酯酶(EST)同工酶酶谱分析与田间亲本配合力测定,探讨酶谱差异与杂交亲本配合力的关系.结果发现:杂交组合F1的POD和EST同工酶酶谱有3种类型:一是出现双亲互补型酶带,并兼有双亲所没有的杂种酶带;二是只出现双亲互补型酶带;三是丢失双亲部分特征酶带.结合田间亲本配合力测定发现,第1种类型的亲本配合力高;第3种类型的亲本则配合力低.由此可见,结球甘蓝POD和EST同工酶与杂交亲本配合力有一定相关性,可为预测杂种优势提供一些依据.
Twenty-one hybrids of twenty-one cabbage inbred lines and their hybrids (half-round fit test for combinatorial force) were used as experimental materials.
