从拓扑上说, I H Q R R( Integrated High Quality Rectifier Regulators)电路是具有最优拓现 U P P S( Uninterruptible Pow erfactorcorrected Pow er Supplies)电路的高功率因数和最扑结构的单级 A C D C 变换电路,对四拓扑变换器加以适当控制,可以实现单级变换和双 D C M ( Discontinuous Conduct Mode)模式,与 I H Q R R 的要求相一致,是实优拓扑特点的理想部件。基于此部件,构造了一种集成不间断供电和高功率因数的开关稳压电源,在正常、充电和后备电源三种模式下均只有单个变换级。对该新型电路运用 P S P I C E进行了仿真分析,仿真结果与理论分析相吻合。
