在“球形镦粗法”的基础上,针对智能电镦机,提出了球形镦粗过程加热电流与压力的理论计算方法,对镦粗过程加热电流与压力等工艺参数进行了设计计算,并以镦粗位移为基准实现电流和压力的多段设置。通过具体实验表明,该设定方案合理,可靠性高。
Based on the “upsetting ball” method, aiming at the smart electric upsetting machine, a theoretical calculation method of the heating current and pressure in the ball upsetting process is put forward.
