由于社会经济环境的复杂多变,导致企业在发展过程中容易受到诸多不可控的因素的影响,使得任何的企业管理活动,都会或多或少地存在一定的风险。这些风险一方面阻碍了企业实现其战略目标的进程,但在另一方面,同时也给企业的发展带来不可错失的宝贵机会。因此,作为那些处于弱势地位的微小型企业来说,想要在激烈的人才竞争当中赢得优势,就不能无视这些风险因素的影响。企业只有在对这些风险实行有效的管理和控制,才能避免损失,把握风险带来的发展的良机。在这样的时代背景下,对微小型企业人力资源风险的研究因此在社会中得到了广泛的关注。
Due to the complex and ever-changing socio-economic environment, enterprises are susceptible to many uncontrollable factors during the development process, making any enterprise management activities more or less risky. These risks, on the one hand, hinder the progress of enterprises in achieving their strategic goals, but on the other hand, they also bring valuable opportunities that cannot be missed. Therefore, as those micro-enterprises that are in a disadvantaged position, if they want to gain an advantage in the fierce competition for talents, they cannot ignore the influence of these risk factors. Only when these enterprises manage and control these risks effectively can they avoid losses and grasp the opportunities brought about by the risks. Under such an era background, the research on the risk of human resources in small and medium-sized enterprises has received widespread attention in society.
