通过乳液聚合法和无皂乳液聚合法制备了苯乙烯/丙烯酸正丁酯/丙烯酸共聚微球。讨论了乳化剂用量、引发剂用量、功能单体、软硬单体用量比等对微球粒径和形态的影响。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)对微球的粒径、形貌和表面基团进行分析。红外光谱表明,实验室所制备的苯乙烯/丙烯酸正丁酯/丙烯酸共聚微球表面存在丰富的羧基。利用竖片生长法得到自组装的多层胶体微球薄膜。通过对薄膜的反射光谱测量,发现随着湿度的增加,峰位会产生3nm左右的红移。
Styrene / n-butyl acrylate / acrylic acid copolymer microspheres were prepared by emulsion polymerization and soap-free emulsion polymerization. The effects of emulsifier dosage, initiator dosage, functional monomers, the ratio of soft and hard monomers on the particle size and morphology were discussed. The size, morphology and surface groups of the microspheres were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Infrared spectra showed that there were abundant carboxyl groups on the surface of the styrene / n-butyl acrylate / acrylic acid copolymer microspheres prepared in laboratory. Self-assembled multi-layer colloidal microsphere films were obtained by the method of vertical growth. By measuring the reflectance spectrum of the film, it is found that with the increase of humidity, the peak position will produce a red shift of about 3 nm.
