目的:从生物力药理学途径研究活血化瘀与调节血流剪应力的关系,探讨剪应力的生物效应及其中药药理学内涵,揭示其抗动脉粥样硬化、抗血栓形成和溶血栓能力的量-效关系,是活血化瘀研究的新课题,也是防治动脉粥样硬化与血栓性疾病的新途径,并有望在“治未病”的预防医学中发挥积极作用。
