我在山区任教,所以我所面对的学困生较多,因此学困生的转化就成了我的一项长久而艰难的工作。而学困生的转化才是提高教学质量的前提,让每个学生都全面发展,是社会赋予我的职责和责任。我结合自己转化学困生的实践谈几点浅见。学困生的类别1.受环境影响的学困生这部分学生智力正常,往往是由于个人疾病、家庭变故、家庭环境差等原因导致学生学习困难。例如我班有四五个学生父母离异,缺少良好的家庭教育,缺少关爱,在
