目的探讨人脑胶质瘤组织中血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VGEF)的表达及意义;同时观测胶质瘤组织中是否存在血管生成拟态及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测58例胶质瘤组织中VGEF蛋白阳性表达情况并进行统计学分析;对瘤体组织行CD34-PAS双染色,观察肿瘤血管形态。结果 58例不同级别的胶质瘤组织中,VGEF蛋白阳性表达率分别为2/6、9/19、14/21和9/12。Ⅰ、Ⅱ级与Ⅲ、Ⅳ级组织比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.87,P<0.05);在部分双重染色的组织切片上观察到典型的血管生成拟态图像。结论在胶质瘤组织中存在VGEF高表达现象及血管生成拟态现象,并与胶质瘤分化程度有关。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of vascular endothelial growth factor (VGEF) in human glioma tissue and to observe the existence of vasculogenic mimicry in glioma and its clinical significance. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of VGEF protein in 58 glioma tissues. The expression of VGEF protein in glioma tissues was detected by CD34-PAS double staining and the morphology of tumor vessels was observed. Results The positive expression rates of VGEF protein in 58 glioma tissues of different grades were 2/6, 9/19, 14/21 and 9/12, respectively. Ⅰ, Ⅱ grade and Ⅲ, Ⅳ grade organization, the difference was statistically significant (χ2 = 3.87, P <0.05); some double staining of the tissue sections observed typical angiogenic mimicry images. Conclusion The high expression of VGEF and vasculogenic mimicry exist in glioma tissues, which is related to the differentiation of gliomas.
