目的 :建立修复性牙本质形成的动物实验模型 ,观察修复性牙本质形成的组织形态学特征。方法 :在Wistar大鼠第一磨牙近中面制备窝洞 ,分别观察 3、15、30d ,标本切片 ,HE染色 ,显微镜下观察。结果 :术后 3d未见修复性牙本质形成。 15d后可见修复性牙本质形成 ,并可见骨样牙本质。窝洞下原代成牙本质细胞由新分化的成牙本质细胞样细胞取代。 30d后 ,修复性牙本质明显增加。新分化的成牙本质细胞样细胞发生极化。结论 :大鼠模型是研究修复性牙本质形成的一个良好模型
OBJECTIVE: To establish an animal model of reparative dentin formation and to observe the histomorphological characteristics of reparative dentin. Methods: Wistar rats were prepared in the first molar near the median cavity, respectively, observed 3,15,30 d, specimen sections, HE staining, microscopic observation. Results: No reparative dentin formation occurred after 3 days. After 15d repair visible dentin formation, and visible bone-like dentin. Primary odontoblasts beneath the cave were replaced by newly differentiated odontoblast-like cells. After 30 days, reparative dentin increased significantly. Newly differentiated odontoblast-like cells undergo polarization. Conclusion: The rat model is a good model for the study of reparative dentin formation
