建立了气相色谱-质谱法(GC-MS)同时测定气雾剂中12种氯苯类化合物含量的检测技术。样品中12种氯苯类化合物经石油醚萃取、硫酸净化、浓缩、定容后,经DB-WAX型毛细管色谱柱分离,质谱定量。结果表明:12种氯苯类化合物在0.1~20μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数r>0.999 6;检出限均低于0.1 mg/kg;回收率为81.4%~95.4%,相对标准偏差为1.87%~4.23%。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 12 chlorobenzenes in aerosol. Samples of 12 kinds of chlorobenzene compounds extracted by petroleum ether, sulfuric acid purification, concentration, volume, after DB-WAX capillary column chromatography, mass spectrometry. The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between 12 chlorobenzenes in the range of 0.1 ~ 20μg / mL, the linear correlation coefficient r> 0.999 6, the detection limits were lower than 0.1 mg / kg and the recoveries were 81.4% ~ 95.4 %, Relative standard deviation of 1.87% ~ 4.23%.
