本文主要是为设计工程师编写的,介绍一种在设计多挡变速链传动时选定速比和链轮齿数、使各个挡具有共同中心距的方法。采用这种查表的方法,可以避免以往在计算中难免的反复试凑。文中给出了使用这些参数表的要点和实例。所提供的参数表以及表内所列的链轮齿数可以满足大多数链传动装置的设计。
This article is mainly written for the design engineer. It introduces a method of selecting the speed ratio and the number of sprocket teeth when designing a multi-speed transmission chain transmission so that each gear has a common center distance. Using this look-up table method, it is possible to avoid repetitive trial and error in the past that was difficult to avoid in the calculation. The points and examples of using these parameter tables are given in the text. The list of parameters provided and the number of sprocket teeth listed in the table can satisfy the design of most chain drives.
