由于施工单位疏忽,有的阳台挑檐下面未做滴水线,也有的是由于抹灰质量太差,造成使用后滴水线掉了,因而在下雨时发生渗漏。我们根据实际情况分析渗漏原因后,在屋檐下打一排孔,插上膨胀螺栓,然后找一些废弃的自行车内胎,用L25角钢将其固定,见右图。这样,雨水便可顺角钢处流走,角钢实际上起到滴水线的作用,阳台再也不渗漏了。 Due to the negligence of the construction unit, some balconies did not make drip lines below the provocation, and others were due to the poor quality of the plaster, causing the drip line to fall out after use, and leakage occurred during the rain.
