从自身教学实践出发,探讨体育院校体育心理学课程改革的基本经验。体育心理学的课程目标设计,要定位于知识与能力并重,服务于学生当下生活与未来职业生涯发展需要;体育心理学课程内容体系建设,体现了体育教育专业特色。体育心理学的课程实施重点突出案例教学和实验教学,适应了学科和学生特点。体育心理学的课程改革尚需加强内容整合、强化应用技能培养、突出“师范性”。
Proceeding from its own teaching practice, this paper discusses the basic experience of sports psychology course reform in PE institutes. The design of the curriculum objectives of sports psychology should be based on the equalization of knowledge and abilities and serve the needs of students’ current life and future career development. The construction of sports psychology curriculum content system embodies the characteristics of physical education major. Sports psychology curriculum focused on highlighting the case teaching and experimental teaching, adapted to the discipline and student characteristics. Sports psychology curriculum reform still need to strengthen the content integration, strengthen the application of skills training, highlight “normal ”.
