天然气生产平台的燃气轮机压缩机机组是气田的关键设备,是天然气外输的动力源。由于平台在特定的天气条件下需要进行避台生产作业,通过卫星通信系统远程遥控DCS进行生产控制,但原有的DCS无法控制燃气轮机压缩机,所以需要增加DCS对机组的控制功能。通过在控制器增加输出类型的数据包、编辑程序以及在DCS上位机人机界面制作机组的操控界面,实现了DCS对机组的控制功能,解决了避台期间无法远程控制机组关键参数的问题。
The gas turbine compressor unit of the gas production platform is the key equipment of the gas field and is the power source of the natural gas output. Because the platform needs to avoid the production of work in certain weather conditions, the DCS is controlled remotely by the satellite communication system. However, the original DCS can not control the compressor of the gas turbine, so the control function of the DCS needs to be increased. The control function of DCS to the unit is realized by increasing the data type of the output type of the controller, the editing program and the operation interface of the production unit of the crew in DCS, and the problem that the key parameters of the unit can not be controlled remotely can be solved.
