First, traditional village and town dwellings are well-formed. They tend to be court-centered, and the yard takes into account the privacy and openness of family life. Second, the contemporary village and town environment is dense. In recent years, a large number of new multi-storey towers have been built to increase the floor area by simply copying the floors. However, they have turned a blind eye to the changes in the surrounding environment and the traditional courtyard life, and the originally co-ordinated streets have become shattered. Third, the contemporary village and town life is more diverse, and many generations have different needs of life. There are also two functions of farm warehousing and modern home furnishing.
