目的探讨噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律异常影响。方法分别检索于1990-2013年在《维普中文科技期刊数据库》、《中国知网》、《万方数字化期刊数据库》等发表关于噪声与高温联合暴露与工人发生心律异常的原始文献,依剔除与纳入标准整理后进行Meta分析,按暴露组与对照组进行分析,计算合并OR值(95%CI),探讨噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律影响。结果 21篇原始文献被纳入Meta分析,累计对照组4 194例,暴露组4 670例,暴露组发生心律异常风险是对照组的4.09(95%CI:3.85~4.33)倍。敏感性分析显示合并OR值为3.99(95%CI:3.80~4.19),假设检验Z=40.04,P<0.01,结果可信;Begg检验Z=0.39,P=0.70;Egger检验t=18.38,P=0.01(95%CI:0.59~0.74)。结论噪声与高温联合暴露对工人心律异常影响显著。
Objective To investigate the effects of combined exposure of noise and high temperature on heart rhythm abnormalities in workers. Methods The original literatures about combined exposure of noise and high temperature and workers’ heart rhythm abnormalities were published in “VIP Chinese Sci-tech Periodicals Database”, “CNKI” and “Wanfang Digital Periodical Database” from 1990 to 2013, respectively. Meta-analysis was included in the standards and analyzed according to the exposure group and the control group. The combined OR value (95% CI) was calculated to investigate the impact of noise and high temperature exposure on workers’ heart rate. Results Twenty-one original articles were included in the meta-analysis. There were 4 194 cases in the control group and 4 670 cases in the exposed group. The risk of developing heart rhythm abnormalities in the exposed group was 4.09 (95% CI: 3.85-4.33) times of the control group. Sensitivity analysis showed that the combined OR was 3.99 (95% CI: 3.80-4.19). Assuming the test Z = 40.04, P <0.01, the result was credible. The Begg test was 0.39, P = 0.70, Egger test was 18.38, P = 0.01 (95% CI: 0.59 ~ 0.74). Conclusion The combination of noise and high temperature has significant effect on the workers’ heart rhythm.
