以往的研究虽然已经提出了许多关于生命衰老的理论或学说,但至今还没有建立起一个统一的理论。基于中医学的天人相应衰老说,根据有关光周期信号和Melatonin(MT)化学周期信号相互转导的研究结果,综合已有的衰老理论,首次提出并阐释了生命衰老的光-MT生物信号转导周期网络(PeriodNetworkofLight-MTBiosignalTransduction,PNLMBT)理论。在机体的不同水平,存在着一个由太阳光周期信号启动并与其相谐振的PNLMBT。该网络间相互作用的非线性动力学过程及其状态是决定生命非自然衰老的根本动因和机制。这一理论不仅能将已有的各种生命非自然衰老的理论或学说统一起来,对生命的非自然老化现象做出很好的解释,而且可以为人们寻找延缓衰老的方法提供新的思路。以这一理论为基础,观察了中医补肾方药(杞蓉益精颗粒)对小鼠光-MT生物信号转导周期的“调谐”作用。这一实验结果为PNLMBT理论提供了初步的实验支持,也为进行“调谐”PNLMBT运行生物活性物质的筛选提供了进一步的研究方向。
Although previous studies have proposed many theories or doctrines about life aging, no unified theory has yet been established. Based on the theory of age-related aging in Chinese medicine, based on the results of studies on the mutual transduction of photoperiodic signals and Melatonin (MT) chemical cycle signals, the existing aging theory is integrated and the life-sensing light-MT biological signals are proposed and interpreted for the first time. The theory of PeriodNetwork of Light-MTBiosignalTransduction (PNLMBT). At different levels of the body, there is a PNLMBT that is activated by the solar light cycle signal and resonates with it. The nonlinear dynamics of the interaction between the networks and their states are the fundamental motives and mechanisms that determine the non-natural aging of life. This theory can not only unify the existing theory or theory of non-natural aging, but also provide a good explanation for the non-natural aging phenomena of life. It can also provide new ideas for people seeking ways to delay aging. Based on this theory, we observed the “tuning” effect of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney-reinforcing prescriptions (Shurong Yijing Granules) on the cycle of light-MT biological signal transduction in mice. This experimental result provides preliminary experimental support for the PNLMBT theory and provides further research directions for the “tuning” of PNLMBT for the screening of bioactive substances.
