为提高某压气机封严篦齿盘均压孔的疲劳强度,根据均压孔的具体结构形式,设计了三种冷挤压强化方法:单侧多次挤压法、柱形头挤压法和T形头挤压法.用两种材料(不锈钢1Cr11Ni2W2MoV和镍基高温合金ЗП742)设计加工了带孔薄板模拟件,用上述三种强化方法对孔边进行了强化,同时进行了室温和高温两种温度下的高周疲劳对比试验.试验结果表明,对于薄板倒圆孔,T形头挤压工艺强化效果较好,可以有效提高薄板有孔模拟件的疲劳强度.
