The U.S. economy was disappointing in the first quarter of 2011. Factors such as the rise of international commodity prices and the devaluation of the U.S. dollar have started to push inflation in the United States, but the Fed has had to make the decision to adhere to the second round of quantitative easing monetary policy. Real estate is one of the core industries of the U.S. economy. However, after more than five years of adjustment from 2006 to the present, the real estate market still has not seen the resurgence of the recovery and has become one of the biggest negative factors that dragged down the overall economic recovery. In the near future, the U.S. economy will be unable to return to high growth.
