目的 :研究酸味中药复方对糖尿病大鼠动脉硬化的作用。方法 :采用免疫组织化学法、图像分析法观察了该方对链脲佐菌素 (STZ)诱导的糠尿病大鼠血糖和腹主动脉终末糖化产物 (AGEs)、腹主动脉α -SM-肌动蛋白、血小板源生长因子 -A (PDGF -A)及血管平滑肌细胞 (VSMC)的影响。结果 :酸味中药复方有降低血糖、减少AGEs含量、降低PDGF -A水平、提高α -SM -肌动蛋白水平以及抑制VSMC增生的作用。结论 :酸味中药复方对糖尿病大鼠的动脉硬化有一定的防治作用
Objective : To study the effect of sour herb compound on atherosclerosis in diabetic rats. METHODS: Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to observe the blood glucose and abdominal aorta end saccharification products (AGEs) and abdominal aorta α-SM in rats with streptozotocin (STZ)-induced diabetes. - Actin, platelet-derived growth factor-A (PDGF-A) and vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMC) effects. RESULTS: The Chinese herbal compound with sour taste had the effects of lowering blood glucose, reducing AGEs content, decreasing PDGF-A level, increasing α-SM-actin level, and inhibiting proliferation of VSMC. Conclusion :The Chinese herbal compound with sour taste has certain preventive effect on arteriosclerosis in diabetic rats
